The swimming pool is shared between Villa Bunte and Villa Astrid
Simon's Suite has no pool access, but features its private garden with outdoor jacuzzi and berugak
High Season: 1st July to 31st August inclusive and 20th December to 8th January inclusive.
Minimum stay: Minimum stay for all seasons is two nights.
Long stay rate (minimum 7 nights): 10% Discount
Occupancy:
Only those persons stipulated on the booking form may reside at the property as guests. Please notify us as soon as possible of any changes. The number of people staying at the property must not exceed the maximum capacity.
Arrival and departure time:
Standard check-in time is 1 pm, check-out time is 11 am, if not agreed otherwise.
Services and facilities:
- Large shared swimming pool with baby pool (only for Villa Astrid and Villa Bunte)
- Outdoor whirlpool (only for Villa Astrid and Villa Bunte)
- Villa Manager
- Daily maid service
- Breakfast (Western or Indonesian, one choice for all) charged at Rp.75,000/person
- Complimentary drinking water, tea and coffee throughout the day.
- Parking space
- Night security
- WiFi, Satellite TV, Video library
- Laptop Safe
Available at extra charge:
- Breakfast (Western or Indonesian, one choice for all) charged at Rp.75,000/person

Payment requirements:
Initial deposit: An initial non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental amount must be paid to confirm the booking.
Accommodation balance payment: Payment of the outstanding balance is due in cash on arrival. Villa Senang Senggigi reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received.

We provide security staff. While we do our best to ensure our guests’ safety and security, Villa Senang Senggigi is not responsible for guests’ property or for their health and safety.
We will do our best to make guests comfortable and to make their stay as enjoyable as possible. Power outages and other technical problems occur from time to time. We will do our best to address these should they occur but cannot be held responsible. Other complaints will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the management.
